I have had several queries regarding ease of access to the hides. The ground at Tangarreg pools is a little uneven and can be slippery in places. However, I have added boardwalk and anti-slip matting to make access as easy and as safe as possible. The following links will take you to a short YouTube video clip showing access to each of the hides and the field pond from the car park area. If you have any further questions please ask. The ground around the ponds is of course, boggy, sloping and slippery and so visitors must take particular care in these areas; the ponds are deep and have soft, unlined bottoms. There is a short video showing how to use supports for perches and to give an idea of how easy it is to do and to move the supports as needed. The end of these videos shows a youtube generated random montage of other videos which I can't seem to get rid of; if you know how then please let me know!
